      Biltong order

      Product was good, but customer service is not. I ordered 10 bags and only received 8. Contacted customer service with pictures, receipts and haven’t heard anything back in almost 2 weeks.

      I purchased 8 packages, after reading good reviews. With what I've tried so far, the hickory and mesquite bbq was VERY dried out. I don't know if it's the batch, old, or just how they come. It made me question my purchase all together. The zesty garlic is good. I have a couple other flavors that I haven't opened yet.
